1. Scope of Service

Suuner is a platform that offers its users short-term accommodation, reservation management, channel management, operational control, property management, reporting, payment tracking, and related digital management tools.

The services offered through Suuner aim to enable users to manage their property, reservation, customer, payment, operational, and reporting processes more efficiently. Modules, packages, features, and integrations offered on the platform may be updated, developed, or changed over time.

Users benefiting from Suuner services declare that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service from the moment they start using the platform.

2. Membership and Account Security

To benefit from Suuner services, users may be required to register with the system or log in through an authorized account. During registration, users may be asked for their first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, company information, and other information necessary for the provision of the service.

The user accepts that the information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. The responsibility for any consequences arising from providing false, incomplete, or misleading information belongs to the user.

The user is obligated to keep their account information and login credentials confidential. All transactions made through the account are considered to have been made by the relevant user unless proven otherwise. If the user notices unauthorized use or a security breach in their account, they must contact Suuner immediately.

In case of creating an account or logging in using third-party social login methods such as Google or Facebook, the user may also be subject to the platform's own terms of service and privacy policies.

3. User Responsibilities

The user agrees to use the Suuner platform only in accordance with the law, rules of honesty, and these Terms of Service.

The user is responsible for:

  • The accuracy of property, reservation, customer, price, payment, and operational information entered into the platform,
  • Transactions made through their own account,
  • The use of the platform by the personnel or users they authorize,
  • The account, API, connection, and access information used in third-party integrations,
  • The commercial processes created or managed through the platform.

Suuner does not guarantee the accuracy of the information entered by the user. The user is obligated to check the records, reports, prices, reservations, and payment information created within the scope of their own business processes.

4. Prohibited Uses

The user cannot use the Suuner platform for the following purposes:

  • Engaging in illegal transactions,
  • Entering misleading, fake, or untruthful information,
  • Violating the rights of other persons or institutions,
  • Engaging in transactions that disrupt the security, operating order, or technical infrastructure of the platform,
  • Attempting unauthorized access,
  • Uploading viruses, malware, or malicious code,
  • Using the platform for reverse engineering, copying, or unauthorized reproduction,
  • Attempting to access other users' data in an unauthorized manner,
  • Allowing third parties to use the platform commercially without Suuner's written permission.

In case such uses are detected, Suuner reserves the right to suspend the relevant account, restrict access, terminate the service, and pursue necessary legal action.

5. Service Changes

Suuner reserves the right to change, develop, temporarily stop, or completely remove the services, modules, screens, packages, pricing structure, technical specifications, and integrations offered on the platform over time.

Temporary interruptions in services may occur due to system maintenance, security updates, technical failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure. In such cases, Suuner makes reasonable efforts to ensure service continuity.

The user accepts that the platform is a software service that is constantly being developed and that some features may be offered in beta, test, or trial phases.

6. Pricing and Subscription

Modules, packages, and services offered on Suuner may be provided within the scope of paid or free trials. The user is obligated to pay the fees determined according to the package, module, number of units, billing period, and currency they choose.

The pricing offered on the platform may vary depending on the selected plan and usage scope. Suuner reserves the right to update package contents, prices, and subscription terms.

If a free trial period is offered, the user may need to start a paid subscription for the service to continue at the end of the trial period. The trial period may vary according to campaign terms or package scope.

Payment, billing, and collection processes are carried out according to the relevant package or service descriptions. Transactions made through third-party payment infrastructures or integrations may also be subject to the terms of the relevant service provider.

7. Cancellation and Refund Conditions

Cancellation and refund processes are evaluated within the scope of Suuner's relevant Cancellation and Refund Terms. It is stated that a full refund right may be provided if the purchased module or package is canceled before activation, and approved refunds can be transferred to the original payment method within 2–14 business days, depending on bank processing times.

Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the type of service purchased, usage status, campaign terms, subscription period, and the terms of third-party service providers.

Third-party integrations, payment infrastructures, channel managers, or external services may be subject to their own terms of use and refund policies. The relevant third-party provider is responsible for fees, deductions, or cancellation conditions arising from these services.

8. Personal Data and Privacy

Suuner processes users' personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, the provisions of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law), and published privacy policies. Within the scope of the platform, first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, address, account information, transaction information, technical data, and other information necessary for the provision of the service may be processed.

Suuner's KVKK text states that users' personal data may be processed for the purpose of service provision, fulfillment of legal obligations, statistical studies, communication, and improving service quality.

Users can submit requests regarding their personal data such as access, correction, updating, deletion, or anonymization to Suuner. Suuner evaluates these requests in accordance with applicable legislation.

Cookies may be used on the platform for session management, remembering preferences, performance analysis, advertising, and marketing processes. Suuner's cookie policy mentions strictly necessary, functional, performance, and marketing cookies.

9. Limitations of Liability

Suuner takes reasonable technical and administrative measures to ensure the platform works securely, uninterruptedly, and error-free. However, it cannot be held responsible for interruptions, data loss, delays, or errors that may arise from internet infrastructure, third-party services, payment institutions, channel managers, social login providers, hosting services, browsers, devices, or user-sourced problems.

The user is obligated to check the reservations, pricing, payments, invoices, reports, operations, and customer records created through the platform. Suuner is not responsible for commercial, financial, or operational results arising from incorrect or incomplete information entered by the user.

Suuner does not guarantee that third-party services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously accessible. Some functions on the platform may be affected due to changes in third-party systems, access restrictions, API outages, or technical problems.
